Here’s what’ll happen with your first hire at Shale Inspection
b. Initial Handshake
Shale Inspection and your company will agree upon the drafted working agreement. This agreement can be modified through our business relationship.
a. Introductions
Shale Inspection will meet with you, discuss and listen to your business needs. Shale Inspection will build a custom working agreement based-off of those needs.
d. Worker in the Field
Shale Inspection on a periodic basis will issue a worker self-questionnaire to be filled out. Discussion points will be shared with you for evidence of maintaining business process or to modify your business process.
c. Worker Selection
Initially Shale Inspection will send you a list of workers and their competencies, pay rate, reviews, etc. You also have the option to have Shale Inspection handpick the worker if you wish.
